Results One Expertly Provides

I recommend Results One, LLC. We are a small company with a diverse staff from managers to custodial staff. Results One presented sexual harassment training to our team this spring and the feedback was very positive. The training was collaborative and innovative. It was presented in a manner that was interesting and resonated with all members of the staff. Results One achieved all the goals we set and we are comfortable that our staff people understand not only the rules, laws and procedures around harassment but the behavior or the culture that we want to change. We will be using them again.

The Results One team delivered a quality, impactful and real world implicit bias training program to the entire LUNGevity Foundation staff which created many opportunities for “awakening and awareness” among staff members. Trusted staff training is core to a successful patient advocacy group’s health equity strategy designed to bring hope to all patients. We will be back for Part 2.

The Results One team conducted a focus group study with our staff to evaluate their opinions on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion issues. Kim and Cheri excel at connecting with staff and asking the right questions to draw out their concerns and hopes for the future. Their insight was invaluable for us to begin our DEI work.

We partnered with Results One to get a better look at our company culture and our diversity, equity, and inclusion practices. Cheri and Kim organized focus groups with our staff, they were personable and able to elicit valuable feedback from our employees. They were also able to tailor their approach to offer a personalized structure that benefitted our unique structure. We have already begun implementing their recommendations and are excited to continue our relationship with them in the future.
